Orders are dispatched by Tipax or Snapp Bike. Delivery time depends on distance and carrier conditions.

Snapp Bike is used for suitable local routes and Tipax for other destinations. Delivery time is not fixed.
24-hour return window
Report a return within 24 hours. The item must remain unopened, sealed, undamaged, and in its delivered condition.
Contact the store before returning an item. Final acceptance follows inspection.
